Fury was gonna fight Toney! Toney hasn't been ranked in 5 years. The only thing Toney has is a meaningless club level fake championship.
Fury said he would fight anyone!

Deontay Wilder and Tyson Fury THE TRUTH

Now, wilder fans, this is your worst nightmare come true.

    Age

    Wilder 26 years, 11 months

    Fury 24 years, 4 months

    Boxrec rating

    Wilder 56

    Fury 7

    Ring Rating

    Wilder: lol

    Fury: 10

    titles held

    Wilder: none

Fury: English title, Irish title, Commonwealth title, wbo inter continental title

    best opponents

    Wilder : none

Fury : world title challenger Chisora, Canadian champion unbeaten Pajkic, English champion mcdermott, decent journeymen maddelone, rogan, zack Page.

Face it wilder fans, your guy is older, turned pro earlier yet has achieved Nothing compared to fury.

He has no ranking, no titles, no fans, nothing.

Fury is taller, bigger, stronger, braver, more accomplished, and just better in every department

Wilder is a disgrace and will be lucky if Fury spares him crumbs from his table.

The 56 ranked wilder would be a step down for fury

Wake me up when Wilder's handlers let him near a live body. All he fights is department store mannequins.

yeah, you wish he still looked like that, fact is he doesn't though, he was in the best shape of his career in his last fight, and he's been in even more intense training since then.

Fury was still beating vastly superior opposition to wilder when he was training by doing bicep curls with a big mac

Now that he's actually taking his conditioning seriously he is going to be a handfull

one right hand from fury will snap Wilder's little pencil neck and legs and put him out of boxing for good

It is a fact that Tyson Fury cant win a title if he wears little ***** shorts from 1975 NBA games. Other than that I agree, the man has skill and has been in better shape of late. He has a great left hook to the body. BUT,if Wilder comes on fast and strong-say goodbye to Hollywood!

It's pretty obvious Fury is going to be handled very carefully and protected until he gets a title shot. He's already blatantly ducked Price and instead fought Rogan and Maddalone who are clearly no threat to him.

Wilder is clearly untested and has not fought anyone of any note but by trying to make the fight it looks like he at least is now looking to step up and face better opposition. Wilder is clearly a big puncher so he will probably struggle to find better opposition who are willing to face him.

I'm not overly convinced either fighter has what it takes to pick up a title. The fact that Fury's handlers are protecting him suggests they don't have much belief in his ability or at least still think he has a lot to learn before facing better opposition.

This fight isn't going to happen. Fury would be favorite, but he fears punchers (and rightly so in his case).

Fury calling someone out, and then backing out
