Chisora hits very hard, and with his come-forward, no-nonsense style, he stood the best chance at hitting Usyk solid, even if it was on the gloves. Joshua and Dubois were to plodding and lumbering.

I sure hope Fury never retires. This place would have nothing to talk about.

This is pretty much true of all fighters. It’s like Larry Holmes saying Mike Tyson didn’t punch hard but Shavers and Cooney did. Boxers always praise the opponent’s they beat and sandbag the ones they lose to. Tyson knocked Holmes into next week yet he doesn’t punch hard?

People are a bit strange about Fury on this board. Is it delusional to say these things? They're normal. Fighters often pick the hardest puncher they faced and prefer a guy who didn't knock them out over a guy who did, famously. Fury has to get into the ring with a guy who beat him, he's hardly the first guy to sit in press and undermine his opponent for psychological reasons. He doesn't sound more delusional than Ali prior to Foreman for example. He doesn't sound any more delusional than Tyson did prior to Holyfield II. Fighters say stuff that isn't true about their opposition all the time.

Anthony Joshua says about Dubois: "He's sh1t". In between rounds during their fight then gets KO'd. Fury needs to take lesson from that.

    He's spiraling at this point.......................

And no one is being entertained by his antics anymore. It's gonna be a very hard, humbling fall from the top for Fury..........

I suspect he was off between 2018 and 2020 for his comeback. Then, after Covid struck, he went back on the powder.

Usyk had him out on his feet

I laughed but some people think Franny won.

Wilder put him down for a long count

Wallin might should have a win over him on the cut

The Cunningham KD could have been called

    Same for the robocop KD

The McDermont fight has followed him.

Tyson has made a career out of close calls and hard scrapes, he's free to claim any of them were his hardest, and change his mind.

Mayweather claims Augustus and ain't no one talk about Pac or anyone else's record in rebuttal. TBF, Money doesn't change his mind.

Clearly in terms of resume Usyk is Fury's top fight. But who cares about resume when asking which was most difficult?

Marciano praised Cockell quite a bit for being a lot harder than he expected. It happens, Tyson might be a **** and be being a **** but in this case it's just normal boxing bull. IMO.

Joshua said it but Fury should take a lesson from it?

It's Joshua who should be taking a lesson from it.

Neven something or another, stuntman as Robocop in the reboot film.

It's not a KD I'd call but it is a KD that folks claim should have been. TBH, English fights ended a bit early when I was a kid so I kind of understand but it's nothing like what Usyk or Wilder achieved and I'm not sure the British are quick to call a KO anymore. Tyson didn't stay down long at all. Flash KD, in my personal opinion.
