    FACTS

I'm sure someone is going to come in here talking nonsense about how an old ass Holyfield who was about to lose to John Ruiz would school Fury which we all know isn't true

But face facts, Fury beats everyone on LL's resume and bum mccall and bum rahman don't ktfo Fury even if they catch him with fluke shots as neither hit anywhere near as hard as Wilder who Fury got up from

But nobody can argue can they?

    Who's beating prime Fury?

    Tua?

    Briggs?

It's the truth, however much you don't want it to be.

Vitali vs Fury would be a cool fight.

Agreed. The Klit and wilder decisive wins eclipse anytany of the Len wins. If we are talking legacy and accomplishments, it's a different story. But h2h, o think it's clear

Fury has yet to master the dark arts and dirty boxing of Lewis.

Fury at his best night might. But he's been a pro for 12 years and we've only seen him at his best twice, three times if you count the Chisora rematch.

    Unlikely IMO.

Lewis fought 18 world title fights.

Even if you [generously] rate yourself 95% certain to win each individual fight, as any bookmaker or statistician will tell you the chances that you'll win ***all 18*** are about 40%, just because, y'know, it only takes one slip-up. if you've got a 90% chance in each fight, your chances of winnin all 18 are 15%. just the tyranny of numbers.

Agreed. Can't see old Holyfield troubling Fury and Vitali is tailor-made for Tyson stylistically. Who else? 5'9'', 245 lbs Tua won't even touch Fury - he would lose every round. Mercer? Ruddock? Briggs? McCall? Rahman? Can't see any of them beating Fury in the wildest dreams. Golota's size, skills and workrate would probably make things interesting, but Golota always found the way to lose big fights.

This, however, doesn't mean Fury should be ranked over Lewis in all-time list. Longevity, quantity of title defenses and good wins - all these things matter.

To be fair to u I don't think you're far off really, would a two week notice Vitali beat Fury? I doubt it. Briggs? No way. He couldn't even handle men like Botha.. small Tua? No. & Holyfield & Tyson were ready for the door.. Mercer would have given him a fight & Lewis did fight some decent punchers like Morrison etc but again i think Fury overall is better than all of them.. high IQ , athletic, switch hittting giant who can adapt & has the movement of a smaller weight fighter.. good powers of recovery too.. steward himself said that after Wlad & like Lewis before him Fury will be the next one to take the throne.. ye it's possible at HW Fury gets KOd by a lucky punch but ya overall I'd favour him over most if not all of Lewis' wins.. not hating as I'm a Lewis fan but you can't deny Fury is a freak & a natural born talent.
