Tyson Fury was offered a spot in the IBF final eliminator against Kubrat Pulev after he beat Steve Cunningham.

His supporters will say he wanted a financially more rewarding fight against David Haye, but the truth is he never made a penny because there was no fight against Haye. The Furys should have known Haye is unreliable. Fury actually LOST money in training costs for a fight that never happened.

So, having had the chance to become Wladimir Klitschko's mandatory, Tyson Fury shouldn't whine and moan about not being able to land a fight against Wladimir.

Wladimir now has to fight his mandatories: first WBO mandatory Leapai, then IBF mandatory Pulev.

Fury had an offer to fight Wlad as a voluntary back in 2012, but Fury's management said "not yet". Then last year he had a chance to fight Pulev and become IBF mandatory, and chose to pass on it.

Fury has had his chances to fight Wlad, but now he'll have to wait in line. He should behave like a grown man and stop whining about it.

He chose between fighting Pulev for sub $500k, in an eliminator, or fighting David Haye for millions.

Hard to blame him for this one.

How is it Fury's fault David pulled out?

Fury was just going for the big money and the big name, you can't fault him for that, you stupid muppet.

If he can not get a shot @ Wlad he might get a shot @ the WBC.

There could have been more money in a Wlad fight, than one with Haye, but money is not the main reason. His management knew very well that Fury is not up to a fight with Wlad. Nor Pulev. That's why he's now back to trying to stage a fight with Chisora:)

He only wanted Price and him to build the fight so it would sell huge.

    Nothing wrong with that.

If he's so useless, then why did Manny Steward give him all the praise?

Maybe you should come off it, CHEF.. you know a fit, motivated Fury would most likely beat Pulev and them other guys, now David Haye is a different tale alltogether.

    there WAS also option #2.....

Fury is so sure (when he is barking to the media) that he would beat Wlad.... he could have made less but beat pulev (who he said he could beat) get a HUGE payday as Wlads Mand.... WIN all those belts (cause Fury said he could) and make a hell of a lot more defending those titles then 1 fight with Haye

So basically fury went for the cash instead of a change for the IBF, WBO, WBA, IBO Titles?....:think

its like so many have said ..INCLUDING Wlad.... Tyson says he wants certain fights, but behind the closed doors, team fury says 'Not yet"

Fury got praise from Steward because he was being trained by Steward... but that all fell apart when Fury wasn't following the training regiment

i never said Fury was a bad fighter. I think he is a good fighter... i just don't think he has much chance against Wlad

Oh come off it, you know boxing is Fury's livelyhood and part of his persona is to attract haters and fans alike.

So he talks the game, so what? He says he'd beat the shite out of Wladimir Klitschko, so what? What's he supposed to say? "Oh, nah.. Wladimir clowned me in sparring and would totally embarrass me if we fought" ???

Manny Steward saw a lot of talent in Fury, I guess you're seeing something even the late great Manny didn't. :patsch
