Hammer was the same threat that Stiverne was to Wilder.

Fury didn't even go over 40% yet still put him away. He was only there to practice new movements and techniques.

His corner knew he was about to finish up and go home so threw in the towel to save Hammer from a KO loss.

Wlad would struggle badly with the movement of even a 40% Fury.

no other explanation. sad end to a sad fight, with a sad opponent, by a pathetic supposed "contender".

You said he was paid to quit. That requires an explanation.

Who paid him . Can you show proof of this pay job. How much did they pay him?

Was Hammer going to beat Fury? Did it look to you like Hammer wasn't trying to win? Did Fury have no chance against Hammer??.

Convince me how he got paid to quit?

wow, you are all over this. yet never offer a shred of evidence for any of your claims. this fight was a pathetic duck by fury from the beginning. he picks short guys with no power, because thats all he can handle. his duck list is getting quite long. can't wait until this bum is humiliated by wlad or wilder.

Fury shuts out a #3 ranked fighter and you're so bitter about it you have to claim he was paid to quit.

Not looking good for you today.

#3 ranked ? the guy has not one credible win to his name. Wach disposed of him far easier than fury. name one win that the guy had that should rank him number three.

Lol, i seriously doubt it. He's Kevin McBride all over again. The division stinks so he looks better. McBride would be a MONSTER today if he were fighting!

You don't think Fury would easily handle guys like Axel Schultz, Frans Botha or Vaughn Bean? These guys alone got 6 title shots in the 90s, and Fury would easily dominate all of them.

So please explain: How does Fury being a top title challenger show how weak this division is -- when Fury would easily beat half a dozen title challengers of the 90s?

fury hasn't beaten anyone yet. not one guy of those guys class. he has ducked at least five guys though.
