I'm glad Mick got a nice pay off he seems a decent bloke. Although going all in and putting everything at risk for the Parker v Hughie fight was a bit silly imo. Huge risk for possibly huge reward , he rolled the dice and lost , personally I can’t have much sympathy for that strategy but I do like him and am glad he’s made some dough from the Tyson situation.
I agree with this. Bit disappointed that Tyson didn't sort him out and MH had to take it to the courts, thought Tyson was a little better than that
Hughie, uncle and Mick took a pic with Haye in a gym and Tyson got upset because Haye ducked him twice and cost him a year of his career mugging him off. He got upset because he saw it as them being traitors to him and he stopped talking to them. That's the general gist of it.
Anybody who thinks Fury won that fight is absolutely clueless There is no argument for him to have won that fight whatsoever
He didn't deserve to win a belt on that performance imo mate, I had Parker trying to make a fight an Hughie trying to blag a fight
I think it all depends on what the judges like, and they were all pretty much in agreement on the night. I thought Hughie was excellent in defence, but poor in effective aggression and clean hard punches. Arguably, it was Parker who was showing the aggression although it wasn’t effective, and he was showing the ring generalship in holding centre ring and trying to force the action. That’s what got him the win over the 12 rounds. Neither fighter came out of that fight in a good light in retrospect. You could spin it round and say by making him miss Hughie was dictating the fight but like I say, it’s subjective but judges are mostly going to favour the more aggressive fighter.
