With just how good of shape Fury has gotten himself in, and after studying the matchup a bit more, I definitely give Fury a bigger chance than I initially did when the fight was announced. Mainly, I think if Fury moves forward and tries to make it an inside fight, and use his size and inside fighting, wrestling, ect, to try and wear Wilder out, not gonna lie I could see Fury having some success there. If he tries to fight on the outside like normal, I feel Wilder will do fine.

Official pick is Wilder TKO10. Wouldnt surprise me if Fury is able to last the distance though.

He certainly seems to be in exceptional shape, physically. Seems to be genuinely strong mentally too. Would love to see him do it, think it would throw such a spanner in the works if he came back and beat both Wilder and Joshua.

It would be funny to see how the Wilder fans on YouTube would react to a fat, faded Fury suffering from hypogonadism(how does a man in his prime have veins in his shoulders and 20lbs of fat on his hips???) Beating him.

Wilder is a one trick pony he hasn't improved. Infact I think he's gotten worse after I rewatched his fight vs Arreola where he actually threw combinations.
Hes Like a right handed version of razor ruddock, probably worse than him actually. Ruddock wouldn't have struggled with a szpilka or Washington.

But this version of fury might just be biting off more than he can chew.

For what it's worth, Emmanuel steward is one of thegreatest trainers ever and he was very very impressed with fury but that was before he derailed himself.

I don't rate wilder that highly his power legit but I can see fury out boxing him making him look silly shades of barrera vs hamed

Makes me laugh that people think an enormous man like Fury couldn't possible knock Wilder out. He's not got that concussive shocking power like Wilder or AJ but people talk about the cumulative effect of his shots.

For me, the outcome of the fight largely depends on what version of Fury we're getting. Personally, I think it's far too soon and the most likely outcome is probably a Wilder KO.

That said, one boxer you should never write off is Fury. All these threads read in a spookily similar way to ones pre Klitschko in 2015.

Fury is going to KO Wilder, eh?

I'm going to marry a Supermodel too.

But it'll have to wait until I finish piloting the first Space Shuttle to Mars.

I'll LOL and cheer if Fury stops him.

But he won't. Wilder is going to sleep him.

This is a retraction statement, I thought about the above statement and it was deemed by me to not be of good taste. My intentions were not to slight or offend any ethic group. I sincerely apologize if anyone was offended.

I reported you several times for this offense. I literally was absolutely disgusted and disappointed by your comment. I literally feel too offended, I dont know what to do next, what should I do?

Furys only chance of winning is via KO because no way in hell does he get a decision.

Fury has not had sufficient preparation following his comeback from fat camp in order to not get caught at some point. Wilders athleticism and speed will be the decisive factor yet again. Wilder is not a shot shy 40 year old who is having to deal with a BPD crazy actress who has his first child. Wilder is strong mentally.

Would love to see Fury box his ears off, he is able, but Im still not convinced he is anywhere near what he was before his layoff.

Would be poetic justice if Wilder was given a real pasting and his poor attempt at another cherry pick goes horribly wrong, losing out on his cash-out opportunity vs AJ and silencing the deluded mong-brigade that has infested many forums and youtube comment sections.

Also, an all-British HW unification would be amazing, something that I would fly back to the UK to see.

Fury would have also stopped Wlad if Wlad was willing to go out on his shield & put it on the line which he wasn't.

He was gassed and hurt throughout round 11 then weeks saved his ass

Chisora got the crap beaten out of him twice. Worst beatings of his career.

A 260 pound man who doesn't hit you hard but hits you all night long is absolutely brutal...even worse than getting KO'd by one punch.

Cunningham got mauled, what an absolute unit this tough lad is. Fury the only man to stop him.

Hammer got played with and beaten up

He went easy on his two comeback opponents and boxed all the way through them fights pretty much playing around.

Wilder is going to get outboxed, eyes swollen (duphaus fight, big man walked at Wilder all night) and late rounds when he is throwing the kitchen sink at Fury to try and win Fury will stop him. bounce him like a basketball off the ropes.

Fury at peak motivation and 80% fitness > no motivation Fury 100% fitness.
