Is that via his spokesperson Frank Maloney?. It's not a final eliminator but it's defo a step in right direction and probably pushes him even closer to WBC title fight even if Johnson is ranked 32. Really there's some awful names in top 20 list. Johnson's better then a fair few in there really.
re: the eliminator situation Arreola-Stiverne will face Banks because he beat Mitchell. If Banks cant (for whatever reason) face the winner of Arreola-Stiverne then the winner of Fury-Kingpin will take his place.
I think the WBC should create different versions of eliminators. like Final, Intermediate, Early, or like Fury v Johnson: Maybe One Day...
