I think it was primarily the distraction of the cut rather than Wallin's "pressure" that caused Fury problems. Doesn't suit your tireless agenda of course.

Any thoughts about how Joshua is 'ALL wrong' for Fury as you said on that other thread yet? Interested in some actual boxing analysis which isn't based on solely resume.

Fury fans are OK with Fury fighting another bum because it helps their hero keep his 0. Real fight fans want to see him actually fight the best, like a real champion is supposed to do. It's that simple.

Three World Title Challenges away from home against long reigning World Champions in their prime - does not get any simpler than that mate.

Meanwhile Anthony Joshua keeps fighting steady Eddies to build up his "deep" resume and what was intended to ironically "protect his 0". Oops.

The best win on his record is still a 41 year old, inactive Wladimir Klitschko, coming off a loss to Tyson Fury... for what will be 4 years on (at least).

The cut certainly played a part, but cant discredit Wallin pressure during the fight.

I've answered you about AJ being stylistically bad matchup for Fury in my opinion on the other thread now.

If you watch recent videos of Fury, it looks as though his cut from the Wallin fight has re opened.

Wouldn't suprise me. That was an awful cut and they never heal properly.

Thanks, in fairness a decent and well thought out answer. I don't necessarily agree with your analysis but at least you've answered. Let's just hope we get to see it (hopefully twice) in 2021.

Well, no one except AJ would be rated as standing any significant chance against Fury anyway.

But I hope Kabayel wins actually.

Though it is doubtful whether this fight is actually happening on the 5th.

Usually I'm all for the underdog but i really want to see AJ v Fury! So much so I wouldn't be fussed if Usyk had to wait.

Firstly: nothing is certain in boxing.
Secondly: statement of certainty about boxing.

You want to try that again champ?

Tyistall is a shitty broken record, like Taylor Swift, or something.
