Keep watching, towards the end the Fury clan makes it clear that they have no respect for British journalists and broadcasters, and are obviously ****ing them around and ****ing around with them. AJ literally picked up a s**** of garbage that Fury tossed along the way to rematch this generations king of the hw division, yet the Brits are acting like Joshua is the second coming and the unified champ, the whole thing is a joke.

 

Maybe the majority of Brits would prefer to support a guy with a bit of class that has an entertaining style as opposed to a loud mouthed idiot who has ****phobic, ***ist views, continually disrespects British boxing legends and is a complete bore in the ring. Maybe the public cares more about the type of person they are rather than the belts they hold?

I've always wondered why Fury hasn't gotten the adulation and the love Joshua is getting from the British public. It's really odd. British fans love almost every British fighter (Not being nationalistic, it's just the truth).

There's really no reason they shouldn't be pouring in behind him. Undefeated, brash, #1 at HW.

They loved Lewis, Calzaghe, Hatton, Joshua. But Fury (Despite being close to undisputed), is NOT loved nearly as much as those guys.

 

99% dislike him because he's a ****head, simple as that. His father doesn't help either, both come across as insanely jealous of other fighters, in particular AJ and Lennox, there's no one they won't talk **** about, not hard to see why they aren't popular.

 

But they loved Naz, and Naz isn't exactly the nicest kid on the playground. :rofl
