Trust me... I'm 29 and my bodies prime was a long time ago without all the drugs, weight gain and drinking. He may come back but he likely won't maintain his skills in a tough 12 round fight.
You must be in a career that doesn't work your muscles. At 28 I left my job as a dialysis tech and I was 6'-1/2" 227 lbs. I was sparring at Rocky's 2/3 a month against MWs, LHWs and a 42 YO HW. Within 18 months of working construction business with my brother and spending 3days/wk at UJ, I was 6 170lbs sparring WWs-HWs. At 32 I was back up to 190 and thick. You're muscles and even bones continue to grow until you're 32 though that is not everyone. Some Asians stop growing in thier early 20s. But 32 is the rule, not the exception.
6'1 and 227lbs is nothing on what Fury has done to his body over the last 2 years... His physical peak has passed.
As for the OP He looks good physically and mentally. But a photo only gives us a glimpse and Fury is quite the actor. He needs to get a couple fights v journeyman. Gavern, Hawkins, Martz. All within 3 months. All 8 rdrs. Then a name like Dimitrenko. Briggs. Charr/Oquendo winner. 5 fights in 12 months. He'll be in top condition by Summer 2019
Dude. Your physical prime is clearly in your early 20's. And I mean early 20's. Look at most of the sports out there. Boxing has an element of strategy and you can pick your fights. In individual sports where you compete against the clock or the mass field of your peers, it is extremely noticeable. Look no further than tennis, snowboarding/skiing, gymnastics, swimming, a lot of track events, etc. They're "old" when they're 27 and younger than that in some of those. Come on, we've all felt it. Injuries and wear stack up on us peasants from the time we leave our prime, which is literally closer to 21 than it is 30. Your specific example, chitownfightfan, shows how much superior you would have been if you had established that physique earlier. Of course when you are in terrible shape and get in better shape, you feel better. But that doesn't change that you would be feeling even better with that same workout ethic years prior. Your example does nothing to argue against the one you quoted.
