Being the better boxer doesnt mean you win the fight. Look to Ruiz beating Joshua.

Fury is a better boxer, has a better chin, more dog in him and fighter than Wilder.

Literally the only thing Wilder has over Fury is a lights out punch, he fails in every other area.

Guys, remember before Wilder 1 and 2 fights we thought Fury may get KO'd because we thought he wouldn't take it seriously or wasn't ready/

Then he turns up and puts on a world beater performance?

At the end of the day no sense worrying for Fury. He can stay away from training 8-9 months of the year and then just go on a 6 week crash training programme and slaughter anyone.

John Fury states that Tyson fights better with a bit of weight on him

It's just the way he is. He uses his fat to lean on people.

Precisely, he's a born fighter - as soon as he gets in the ring it's all business.

Isn't it the case that when some people lose weight they lose muscle mass at a faster pace than body fat if they're losing it to quickly or in an unorthodox way? Hence why Fury maybe looked lighter but still flabby due to losing more muscle mass to fat ratio.. That could explain why his performance was considered under par by some.

It’s just shadow boxing, doesn’t mean anything.

Fury's slaughtered too many pigs on his farm, and gobbled up the carcasses. Deontay can teach that swine a lesson. The bomb squad got a new leader now, and his name is Malik Scott. The man that has taught Wilder the fine arts, of throwing a deadly body punch. Stoppage by liver shot coming up this Saturday!

Fury out of shape. But Wilder still only has a puncher's chance. The issue is Wilder never learnt to box

I said on another thread that Fury doesn't look right, he looks even more out of shape than he usually does.

Now, I accept I am picking Wilder (for a third time, STFU I know) and I might be seeing something I sort of want to see, looking for things to fill me with more confidence, if you know what I mean..

But I honestly see it, Fury looks a little puffy around the face and body, he does look slow in clips I've seen, it doesn't look like this inactivity has helped him whatsoever.

Wilder gained some mass for this fight. Not only will he be stronger, but his punches will be more powerful. Wilder is coming for blood.

I dont get how he is always so out of shape.
Supposed gym rat and a man his size should be burning high amounts of calories.
Its actually difficult to be soft looking.
Like dies he eat at McDonald's 5 times a day or something.

He's got a weird body regardless. Big muscular long arms, obese torso and skinny legs.
Luckily for him skills in boxing overcome appearences.

He definitely looks worse than last time but that's to be expected with all the inactivity. Fact is an inactive Fury is a Fury with no focus, his mental health suffers and he balloons up in weight as he uses food, booze and God knows what else to self medicate. We saw it when he was suspended and we've seen it again during the pandemic and the delays to making this 3rd fight.

Best thing Wilder's team did was probably delay this and ensure Fury couldn't fight anyone else. But despite that Fury never got to the ridiculous weight like he did before and if a version of Fury coming down from around 400lbs can perform like he dd vs Wilder in fight 1, I can't see him doing any worse and he still should have far too much for Wilder to handle.

Wilder's power also comes from his speed of getting punch to target if that's slowed down and Fury reads it, much less chance of a KO.
Wilder isn't used to carrying weight either so that could back fire big time. If he starts well but tires as the fight goes on he's probably getting beaten up again.

Fury looks fine to me, big, strong, ugly and skilled, Nightmare to face
