i think he needs a decent team around him,a trainer he respects and listens to and as you say far more discipline.people forget he's a novice and i think he needs to really click with a knowledgable trainer b4 he takes on sexton or chisora.tommy dallas might b a good test at some point.
How about putting Fury in with someone like Michael Sprott next, could be a good learning fight for him and a decent enough test?
I've always liked Big Tyson (no homo) but he just doesn't love training enough. JMCD had him beaten purely because he'd failed to learn from fight one, so whose to say he learn from fight two? He'll progress to a certiain level purely on his talent and size (no homo), but he will not go anywhere unless he finds the desire to become a complete fighter.
