Charr isn't that bad of a fighter, he's ok, if nothing special. Will be a decent guage of where he is.

Oh oh.. bad bad move. Fury must still be on the coke if he's seriously contemplating facing Diamond Boy as one of his comeback opponents. Diamond boy is a 2.0 fighter himself he ain't no joke.

Charr has a mandatory lined up now. Once he wins that he would be free to negotiate with Fury. Problem is Fury can't offer Charr a huge retirement payday because Fury isn't a draw.

And how'd you see Charr fighting that is a bigger draw? AJ?

It's not just about draw. It's about risk/reward. A fight vs Fury guarantees Charr loses his fake belt; he would want to get proper compensation for that (retirement level money), and Fury can't provide that unless Frank Warren writes a massive check. And that's unlikely given Fury's history of being highly unreliable and moody.

Charr could fight Bellew, have a better chance of winning than vs. Fury and make more money in the process because Bellew would get Scouseland to watch.

    Fury sparks out these bums.

Anyone below Charr level in his second fight would disappoint me

I don't think you guys have read the script.

He will not fight anyone near Charr level until at least his 4th fight. He has agreed 3 soft comeback fights to start and there is no way Frank will risk his cash cow with anyone ABOVE Sefari level. Expect two more soft defenses after this. At least!

Wouldn't Charr rather cash out against Joshua?

If 2Fast comes back and beats Char for the legit HW championship of the world after just 2 fights, surely we'll be talking GOAT right? That's about as TBE a move as The Mack could pull. I'm in awe.
