I've been saying all along I'll believe this fight will happen when both men are in the ring and the bell rings. They still might get around this, but it does seem like him being enrolled should have been already taken care of if they ever planned on going through with this fight.
Doesn't it have to be sanctioned to be a official fight? Forgive me I watched a lot of boxing over the years, but I've never been a fan of the business/how fights get made side of things.
