    I think Haye may possibly have an agenda here though.

    He bangs on about the conditioning stuff and how a "fighter looks", more than anyone.

    It's also silly coming from him considering how made of glass he was throughout his career. For some people's body shapes, attempting to "get ripped" actually does.more harm than good.
