Fury to me is one of those opponents that would very much favor Norton's style imo. I don't think anything the Brit could bring would daunt Ken's coming forward, just think the only person Fury has fought that hit as hard as Norton was Wilder (Wlad was very diminished in that dept by the time Fury fought him imo). I think upon their first meeting Fury would be flummoxed by Ken's weirdness, whilst absorbing godawful punishment to his body (practically from the beginning). Fury can't seem to hurt Norton, and can only stop the latter's forward progression by excessive holding. He tries to outmuscle Ken and gets kidney-checked for his efforts. Fury's hands are coming down more and more as the rounds progress, he gets floored bad in the 7th and barely makes it to the next round, gets floored again then (hands at half-mast by this time) eats a humongous, looping overhand right and the ref stops it. Here's the tricky part: let's say the first Fury is of the condition and age of the Klitschko fight, the second of the first Wilder, and the rubber match the first loss to Usyk. Norton (1st Ali of course), second fight Quarry, third Holmes. Curious as to what projections might spring up. Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season!
Unfortunately I cannot contribute to a discussion on the outcome of the fight as the Norton era of heavyweights I am only familiar with by record alone. I would say though, when selecting 3 versions of Fury, you may prefer the Wilder 2 version which is deemed to be the prime version. I feel the Wilder 1 fury was still looking to find an optimum weight and condition which he rarely got right to be honest, but if he did it was the 2nd Wilder fight. Although what should have been the rightful result of the first fight echoes what an achievement it was by Fury, whatever we think of Wilder on an historic scale, Those other versions of Fury are right on though, purely at his most awkward in the Wlad fight and I feel technically at his best in Usyk 1.

First fight Tyson Fury -close unanimous decision Second fight Ken Norton - Wsplit Decision Norton pulls forward in the 14 th- 15th rounds and has Fury in desperate trouble , nearly koing the bigger man. Third fight Draw Both men put on a performance of a life time, and both are hurt. At the end, most think Kenny has done enough but it's ruled a draw.
