When the boxer accepts the PED test game, he is immediately undermined by the promoter (soft-control to keep his "dirt" hidden), the promoter then eventually undermined by the useless drug-testing gangsters...Promoters should always have control over boxers, many other ways to do it, without having to enable the useless drug testing gangs. Promoters & the Sanctioning bodies at least give boxing a promotional value & have strategic incentive to build-up boxing, the useless PED-testing agencies cause problems & slow down fights. They have to become useful to boxing (they have nothing to offer other than problems).

The story here is that UKAD is being asked to re-open an investigation that already found Fury in violation, and a offence that he was deemed to have served a ban for already ! And offence UKAD claimed was settled already.
This is like saying your boy Whyte should be re-tried and found guilty for his offence that he was already banned for in 2013. .... and then, let's look into his 2019 alleged offence too (that you know very well he's been cleared of). That's the correct analogy.

That was the policy of Pulev’s promotional company and had nothing to do with Wlad. Kubrat tried to insist that Wlad should be tested as much as him, but Wladimir attitude about it was basically that the extra testing is Pulevs problem. Wlad did absolutely NOT somehow have Pulev tested more.

I’m going off of memory here, but my recollection is that Sauerland Promotions has decided that all of their fighters would be tested randomly to prove that they had clean athletes. Pulev, who fought for them, didn’t think it was fair that he was being tested more than Klitschko and tried to get Wlad to agree to his testing protocol, which Wladimir declined. Wladimir said he does all of the required testing of the boxing commissions and whatever country they are fighting in.

Just because you are using roids for whatever reason, that doesn`t mean magically your physique is going to change drastically. Its all depends on the training, all depend on the diet and many more factors.
But Fury is living terrible live and for his standard he was in great shape for Klitschko. He probably tighten things up for big fights, as well as his roid use.
But its only about losing fat, gaining muscle, but most athletes use it for explosiveness, strength, energy, speed, concentration, and some even said the "new and expensive one" are helping big time the reaction, so you can react way faster.

I can tell you even "baby dosage" as we like to said it in the gym, are totally changing the game.
You feel way more energy and you can do way more in your training. I won`t even speak about the strength and other aspect. Totally different game.
I really don`t see how anyone who is PRO will miss the big advantage of the roids.
Just don`t see it.
