Tyson Fairy ducked out of a contracted rematch with Wlad TWICE. The Big Dosser knows Usyk is the superior boxer, so he's waiting for him to slow with age or perhaps he will never fight him at all. He also avoided Luis Ortiz, who although older, would have been a more dangerous opponent as a harder puncher and a more skillful boxer than faded Chisora. Fairy is also afraid to fight Joshua, and will make ridiculous demands that the fight be signed within 24 hours.
I wouldn't say Tyson is a coward but I think his priority is preserving that '0' just like Floyd did. This means mitigating risk as much as possible. The reason why it's irksome is because at the same time he makes out he will fight anyone at anytime. money and status don't mean anything whilst the exact opposite is true. I mentioned in a thread in Classic about the other Tyson becoming a myth after a short but impressive prime. Yet the cracks were showing early in his career and after defeats the myth was broken for some for others that myth continued for many years even too today. Now Fury doesn't have that mythos Iron Mike had because he didn't clear the division out as a youngster. So the only tangible therefore remaining is being undefeated which will fool the casuals and knobsuckers on here but as I always say context means everything. Fury's resume just isn't that great even in this era it just isn't.
He did it for his fellow mental patients, but nobody bought the record. The people in the asylum had no money. This content is protected
Youre right but in the end we're saying the same thing imo. It's six of one and half a dozen of the other. Ducking Usyk is always a kind of cowardice.
Fury will play games, but even british fans are bored with his BS this year. Chisora fight is one of the worst choice, that a champion could make and everybody knows it, now if he is not fighting Usyk in the spring, he will never be great, even in the eyes of his many fans. (not fanboys)
20 August 2022 (AJ vs Usyk 2) - 01 January 2023, 4 months. Wow, you're right, what a long delay! And it's after a very easy fight against a very easy opponent (AJ).
I'm not complaining about it but people making it out like Fury is trying to age Usyk out (YOU)...which is nonsense.
Yep i keep repeating this since it happen. Fury team was also on board, and Fury have said he wants a warm up..... And no one change hia mind, as this lunatic is trying to lie. Both AJ and Whyte was happy with Saudi money, and everything was agreed, and Fury backed off with the saying he wants warm up.... But some trolls on here, are trying to make like Usyk is scared of the fat fart and he is ducking him ... Get real kids. Usyk is proven warrior.
Wut? fighting an unskilled dosser? Both men thought they would beat the other for different reasons as explained above......Wilder had not fought a live dog before Fury this is just fact...
