To make it a certainty.......like I said mitigating risk please read my post again....it's clear. Fury can sit it out longer than Usyk because he is younger with lower fighter mileage (although not life mileage due to self abuse) and he's far bigger and a little stronger in real terms.
The age gaps basically non-existant. If theres ever been a heavgweight world title fight between 2 fighters closer in age I'd be surprised. They're both in decline. Furys already had to adjust his style once. I'd like them to get on with it before they're both washed up but honestly I think the outcomes the same if they fight in 2 months or 2 years.
Yeah funny but with the difference that Usyk and Joyce fight if they were 25/30 years old. Fury instead having a brain whose age is close to Biden's brain one by now he can fight only aged fighters like Whyte, Chisora and others around like them.
No I clearly didn't say that.....What I'm saying is Fury is happy to take the risk that Usyk will decline other the next year or two and some of that speed will be gone thus maximising his chance of winning. On a side note a mate in my local has a life-size Fury latex doll unused (Cos' Fury was too big go handle). Comes with posable mouth. fanny and anus. Are you interested? The guy is an alcoholic so I reckon a bottle of spirits will cement the deal. DM me if interested it comes with accessories...
I respect your opinion but disagree. I'm not convinced that Fury even takes the fight. I also think judging from both fighters last two performances Usyk has looked vastly superior against the more tested opposition. Am I saying AJ is better that Whyte and Wilder? Clearly yes. In terms of vastly better resume as well as being holding multiple belts. Usyk never looked in trouble at any point other than taking a bit of fire over a round or two otherwise was completely dominent.. Fury went life and death with Wilder a man he beat easily the fight before. As with other entertainment you are only as good as your last performance. Fury has been poor the last two fights. Usyk looked great even with Joshua being better and sharper the second time around. I'm looking at context and you are looking at fantasy...that's why our opinions are mismatched
Fury will beat Usyk comfortably early next year and y'all will make every excuse in the book. Can't wait.
Worse than that, I can't even read the article, the sites "advertisements" get passed pop blockers and starts auto opening play store and windows on Android. Here is a more trust worthy website: https://www.marca.com/en/boxing/2022/10/24/6356e8b0ca4741d7148b45ad.html
"Fury did not accept the fight when I offered it to him more than a year ago," more than a year ago?? was this reported at the time? Usyk beat AJ for the first time on September 25th 2021. Fury beat Wilder for third time on October 9th 2021. it's end of October now 2022. so when exactly did all this take place? over a year ago?
as you point out Fury has abused his body. badly. he's been a professional 14 years. he's only slightly younger in real time & probably "older" in physical terms.
I agree but he's still a big lump. Maybe holding out puts him at a bigger disadvantage. I'm not even sure the fight happens to be honest.
