10 whole days? that was far too long for Fury's liking, should've been 24 hours. Looking forward to Chisora IV or McDermott trilogy
AJ's got nothing to lose, why would he be scared of Fury and he's got 3 Losses already, Fury is scared to lose his 0 to AJ. He know AJ stops him
Fury is fed up dealing with Hearn and to some extent Joshua. I don’t blame him.. Hearn is a freaking snake!!
He doesn’t want to face Joshua because he knows it’s a very tough fight Joshua’s got decent boxing ability coupled with power in both hands, he’s shown he can go 12 rounds at a high pace and intensity with the best HW in the world right now. Fury never wanted Joshua, he’s all sham and show hence the ridiculous 48 hour deadline that derailed their proposed fight last year
Very simplistic view of things, in the real world where grown ups live it’s far more complicated than just grabbing your crayon and scribbling on a contract
So AJ is incapable of signing his own name? But Chisora isnt...What was the matter, did he forget how to spell?? - (Although that does explain the pathetic childish behaviour post Usyk 2) Yeeah, really complicated that
Yeah yeah, where was AJs pen then??Just on loan tel Del boy? A tactical duck to save his reputation, after the temper tantrum AJ threw in the ring after the last Usyk fight, he did well to avoid a beating from Fury, so well he went all the way back to Franklin PMSL Hopefully AJ gets his groove back and this fight happens one day.
Some people are so hardheaded reality haven’t yet sunk in. Joshua is not mentally ready for the Fury fight and is fighting Franklin to build himself up again. Franklin ffs!!! Hearn spews so much crap it starts sticking to some of these individuals.
I don't think being the # 1 in the division and not fighting someone coming off 2 straight losses and and 3 out of 5 losses in their last 5 fights is ducking. That's a weird position to have. Not fighting Usyk, may or may not be..................this ain't that.
Yes AJ is the ducker in this situation, not the man whose running to an mma fighter instead of getting in the ring with a guy AJ fought twice.
This is a pretty peculiar phenomenon which is unique to the general forum.. but it amazes me how easily people fall for all the "X is scared of Y" stuff. All of the guys being discussed are world class prize fighters. None of them are "scared" of eachother, that's such a juvenile take. Is there a lot of ego involved when negotiating splits, who's the "a side" etc? Of course. It's that and promoter/broadcaster politics which stops fights happening - not fear. I know it's a bit boring, and if it helps people enjoy boxing more by believing these fighters are scared of eachother then be my guest.. but it's not true !
