    they look better because they look faster! and they can fight like a heavweight could never fight because he is just too heavy and because a heavyweight has to be very very carefull to avoid punchens! not in the welterweight division where you can take risks much more than in a heavyweight divison!
    this whole p4p system is crap and really meaningless! also it is very subjectiv! just look at that list... mayweather may be the most skillfull fighter... but who knows? a heavyweight never can fight like a welterweight and he needs other tools than a welterweight!
