Fury should be forced to fight Ruiz or vacate belt.

Since he beat Wilder back in 2021, he's fought Whyte and Chisora, it's time to act like a champion again, an d defend his belt vs a real opponent.

Ruiz is highest in the ranks after Wilder.

Fury vs Ruiz is the only real fight than can happen that makes sense.

If Fury doesn't fight him, he shouldn't be allowed to fight Wilder again or some nobody, he should lose the belt and it should be Ruiz vs Wilder for the WBC title.

I don't want to see Wilder vs Fury fight again, so Ruiz is the only fight worth making in WBC.

Whyte was already the mandatory so Fury will still have at least one free fight.

How? It's been nearly a year? How long can a fighter go without a mandatory? I understand the undisputed delaying a mandatory, but not another free fight.

Mandatories only once every 18 months? 2 years? lol. At least Wilder fought regularly.

Frank Sanchez beats Fury in my opinion. And I think, Frank Sanchez may beat Usyk as well.

Fury vs Wilder again would be a more competitive and more entertaining fight than Fury vs Ruiz.
Fury went life and death with Wilder.
Short, fat, immobile, Ruiz will be easy work.

Hmmm decent point, maybe Wilder vs Usyk for undisputed would get done, but I think Wilder may duck Usyk.

I'd lol if Wilder became undisputed.

There's no such thing as "free fight".

WBC champions must make at least 1 mandatory defense per year. In 2022 Fury fought his mandatory challenger Whyte.

Currently Fury has no mandatory challenger. There has to be a final eliminator between Wilder, Ruiz or Sanchez. When the mandatory challenger is designated, Fury has to fight him until 1 January 2024.

And all WBC champions should make a mandatory/voluntary defense every 120 days. That's why Fury is keeping Parker close.

Oh, I thought it was one fight a year as in 1 fight every 12 months. So one fight every calendar year?

Actually he fought three mandatories, and his fourth blew his drug test.

Wilder-Povetkin was a mandatory in 2016, but Povetkin failed all his drug tests that year (along with the entire Russian Olympic team).

    Wilder-Stiverne II was a mandatory in 2017.

    Wilder-Breazeale was a mandatory in 2019.

    Wilder-Fury II was a mandatory in 2020.
