Fury sparring partner accuses Fury of removing padding from gloves for spars

And he also lent them out to Golovkin, which is why Kovalev and GGG never fought on the same card! We must now not only reassess Fury's sparring performances, but all the KO's of Kovalev and GGG!

If some cretin removed the padding from his gloves before sparring and i found out after it id break the f***ers hands. 1 phone call, a few mates and a hammer. Its properly shady stuff.

I find it doubtful it happened but there is no way people can condone or defend the removing of padding.

 

I'm a bit ho hum on Ben Davison but the guy needs to keep off social media. He seems incapable of stringing together a meaningful sentence.

It sounded as though there was something in it based on Ben Davison’s reply but I forget he isn’t the most coherent on social media and probably didn’t intend for that to be the way it came across.

 

Are people genuinely saying by they would do nothing if someone pulled this stunt with them. To be fair a hammer wouldn't be needed half the guys in the gym would be queing up to "leather" him.
