Fury still in the denial phase regarding his rematch with Usyk

Fury spent years doing Usyk down, calling him a middleweight, rabbit etc... essentially trying to distance himself from the fight because he knew, deep down, what a threat Usyk was. He loved the adulation but, particularly in the latter part of his career, seemed happier to promote the idea of being the best without actually wanting to get into the ring to prove it.
Fury lost to Usyk, twice, in close but clear fights. He HAS to claim he was robbed because not only does it massage his ego, but he can always promote the myth that he actually was the best all along - but got jobbed on the scorecards through boxing politics. This is Tyson Fury doing what he has always done ... protecting an illusion at the expense of reality.

The same BS narrative that led people to believe Dubois had a chance against Usyk, because of one horrendous low blow. Fury lost to Usyk clearly twice, the second fight he was literally pummeled from pillar to post and the referee could've stopped it and nobody would have complained. His delusion has no limits, but I think this is more about him milking the British public for one last big payday, knowing full well Usyk's skill set is on a different planet to him.

If they fight again, I think Usyk stops him. Fury has had too many faux-retirements, alcohol and drug binges, and unhealthy eating habits to compete at the top end of the division; he's also 37 next month. I'm hoping it doesn't happen purely because he doesn't deserve it.

If he genuinely believes what he says and they fight again, he will get iced
