Fury is scared that AJ will recover 100% and knock him out if the fight happens in late December.

He wants him wounded and exhausted. That's why he's in such a hurry.

so Fury has calculated with his special powers that AJ given 12+ weeks notice will be an easy fight but 2 weeks later AJ kills him?
    yeah ok.

it's actually more likely Fury would prefer to fight in December 3 so he can get hard back on the beers for the last two weeks of the World Cup and early Christmas season festivities.

you know that's far more realistic theory than saying he's trying to handicap AJ by giving him "only" 86 days notice.

    Lol

How much time do you think Dosh needs to cure his acute exhaustion?

It would be a shame if the fight falls through over a date difference of 2 weeks.

I think Joshua will agree to December 3.
    And the 50-50 rematch clause.

It's now or never for this fight to be made.

I'm not a fan of either fighter but if Fury was originally going to fight on the December 17th, why would they change the dates when Joshua accepted ? it seems silly to change the date to December 3rd it's nothing to do with "Fury being the champion and makes the rules" if you originally offered the fight on December 17th then just fight on December 17th, i don't understand why we have to have all this other nonsense.

What a joke. Clearly Fury and Warren doesn't want this fight. That schedule is ridiculous.

Fury is trying to picking his opponent and the right time. AJ suffer 2 loses, so Fury see opportunity where AJ is on all time low. But that's not enough, he need to handicap him extra by making silly demands and not give AJ a proper camp. This is straight from Canelo book.

Anyone knows a fighter have rest/recovery time after a hard fight, especially after a hard 12 round battle in the heat, with a machine like Usyk, who put insane amount of pressure to his opponents and insanely high tempo.

AJ team plan was to fight on December 17th, so they try to book Cardiff, but surprise, surprise it was already pre-booked from Warren for Fury fight.

AJ have agreed on the 60-40 and the rematch, and bring with the say that he will be ready for December 17th., as they very well known that is the date Warren booked.

Warren contract send tells it all with a date of November 12. Yeah AJ is such an easy work for Fury, he need to handicap him fully, and need all the advantages he can get. Pathetic really.

Yeah. Fury has never in his life fought a big fights in the range of 2-3 months. And we are suppose to believe he will fight AJ in December and then Usyk on February/March, nice joke.

Let's not forget Usyk said he want to spend the Holiday with his family, so at the earliest he can start his camp somewhere in January. Full 12 week camp, and the fight won't be made before April/May. Which Fury will have 4-5+ months to recover from the supposed AJ fight on December 17th, which is a perfectly fine schedule.

Because he is just talking his usual ****. As he always been full of ****. He is claiming Usyk is ducking him, when Usyk has stated he has injury to heal and want to spend Holiday with his family, which is a perfectly reasonble.

He was retired and very quiet, until Usyk gave that interview and said he will fight Fury next year. Then Fury start saying Usyk is ducking him and doesn't want to fight him. Now it's AJ, and we all know how that will end, and the main purpose of that. Name calling, just to fight Chisora 3 or Charr/Kabayel.

Surely no one is that stupid to still believe the b.c. that are coming from Fury mouth. Not just that, but anyone knowing that giving a deadline of a 1 day or so actually mean you just don't want the fight, and just are talking your usual crap.

Same as Wilder 50m. talk, you have to accept until today or no deal. Childish behavior to get attention.

AJ was never offered December 17.

He was offered November 12 but wants more time. So Fury has offered November 26 or December 3.

Frank Warren had a stadium booked for Usyk unification possibilities on December 17 but for a voluntary Fury wants an earlier schedule, in case the Usyk fight comes up soon in the new year.

    This is all entirely fair.

But certain people are spinning it to make it look like Fury's done something bad
In fact he's offered a voluntary defence to the boxer still rated by many as next best behind Usyk.

The December 3rd date is absolutely fair, this is literally Fury offering it to AJ - who had no chance of fighting for this belt otherwise.

It's a madness that people are saying AJ can dictate terms lol.

Why can't Joshua just fight in the stadium that Warren had booked for 17th then ? i wouldn't think 2 weeks is going to make a difference regarding Usyk fight next year that's just splitting hairs. Unless the stadium on 17th is no longer an option ?
