he will probably match against AJ next year in UK stadium
    win or lose with Usyk
    & Fury will embarrass AJ
    for your satisfaction

I'd be amazed if it happens this year, boxing doesn't tend to rush things.

I get the idea, with it being before the World Cup final, so there's lots of fans already there.

However, a fight this important always has hurdles to cross. I reckon more likely in the spring/summer next year.

Love it if I was wrong though.

With Fury no source is credible.

Fury is retired. The fight hasn't been confirmed by a single reputable source. Its not happening.

I have Ring Magazines going back to the 1930s. I only used the links to help you.

Ring Magazine isn't the lineal title. They just have been the best (of the ratings bodies) at tracking the guys who hold it ... Most of the Ring champs were. But they mess up.

    Like now. That's the point.

    Fury is the lineal champ.

They were the best, for a long period of time, but they discontinued the belt, stopped recognising junior divisions, changed their policy numerous times and are owned by a promoter.

The ring isn't lineal, stop conflating the two.

There are two camps of lineal trackers

    1) retirements count

    2) retirements don't.

I don't really have an issue with either camp. I have an issue with inconsistency.

Unless you think Seferi was a championship defence by Fury and Quarry was a championship defence by Ali.

The other day, in the thread regarding will the winner of Usyk-Joshua be the new lineal champ, you said it was a lineal title fight.

    You can't keep it straight.

Fury can unify before he retires and it'll end the Usyk myth.
Also, Fury will be fine, this was the plan. Stop grasping at straws.
