Again, I'm no fan of either. But you have an agenda, and it's clear ad day to see it.

That post has left me feeling the way Dullian Whyte felt on his way to the canvas when Pedvetkin iced him - in shock.

Are you an Angler or just listen on the radio?

Neither. I Youtube it the next day.

I'm not paying nearly TWENTY POUNDS to see "More" Chisora lose forbthe 13th time.

And I'm not paying a subscription fee to watch montages about Tony Bellew and Eric Bristo, Netball, and whatever trash that pikey channel churns out.

Sky are conmen of the highest degree.

Explain how Fury fights the Usyk AJ winner for unification, without the WBC belt?

The WBC is basically inactive whilst the arbitration is sorted. It’ll be sorted before he fought Joshua or Usyk.

    matchroom didn't create rematch clauses.

Is a rematch clause any different to say wilder v Fury agreeing to fight twice?

AJ v Fury was also based on a two fight deal.

Frank Warren had a rematch clause for yarde v Arthur.

You don't think Team Fury would be putting in a rematch clause in negotiations with Whyte?

Matchroom could exit boxing tomorrow and rematch clauses would still be alive and cooking.

Interesting to you perhaps, but not to the everyday fan. 45% of a vacant belt is less than £5mil to fight Fury. Because Fury wouldn’t fight him if that was the split. Why doesn’t he just take the fight and try and win.

True and about time the Governing Bodies banned them except in very small limited circumstances such as an accidental clash of heads during title fights. Makes a mockery of fighters working their way up the rankings only to find belts held hostage for over a year and incredible that these clauses are also being used in non title bouts such as Whyte v Pedvetkin.

This time next year it will be a rematch clause for the rematch clause.

I agree but at the same time I genuinely think many of these fighters are happy with rematch clauses. I certainly don't think any opponent to AJ when he held the belts didn't want rematch clauses.

Rematch clauses when challenging the money man of a division are great for the challenger as in essence they get paid great for the first fight and if they win they make mega money to fight a guy they already beat.

That's exactly what Usyk said about his with AJ, and why he took 3m for the fight. Whyte needs to grow a pair and back himself to win.

The business side of it is understandable but it is at a cost in terms of other fighters not getting timely opportunities and some fights such as Usyk v Fury for the Undisputed Title at risk of not happening when both undefeated.

Would not be complaining if there was a head clash and the fight got stopped but Joshua was well beaten on the night.

Fury would be in a difficult position at that point as the belt holds a lot of weight with broadcasters and promoters. If he was not allowed to be franchise a Usyk vs Fury fight for Usyks belts after the AJ rematch gives Usyk the higher purse split position. It’s all about power plays
