The Normans were Danish vikings. They had the same ethnicity of people in England already since the vikings emigrated to England as well as France.

Yes I know that mate. DNA studies on grave burials have shown that Britons from thousands of years before the Anglo Saxon invasion have much the same genetic profile as modern (white) people.

Basically one warrior tribe leaders replaced another - of course there was some interbreeding - but the average population stayed the same.
