As opposed to his normal grant gloves

"claimed he is going to war" at the glove pick.

Same gloves Floyd had to pay Maidana off to not wear.

Wilder also said he has a cold at the weigh in off camera

    Fury is coming lads.

Interesting. Being a novice who just bangs away on the heavy bag at the gym, what makes it a puncher's glove if it is the same weight. Placement of the padding? Padding material?

Padding distribution, horse hair foam mix as opposed to just fully foam

At the detriment of protecting your hands though.

It would be brilliant if Fury knocked him out as it just seems he is being completely written of as feather fisted. Everybody at this weight can bang and that should never be forgotten. But with Fury people feel like they can just walk through him with nothing to worry about, until they actually fight him.

And Wilder isnt exactly iron chinned either.

Those are the gloves Floyd was too scared to let Maidana wear.

I have 16 oz Hayubusa gloves that were almost 200 $ at the time still in almost perfect shape through power punching for 5 years now..feels like 10 oz gloves minus the padding getting punched out of them recently....gloves aren't made the same as some noted weight distribution.

A stronger hand will benefit from less heaviness at the top of glove.

Thanks. Probably smart play from Tyson then as I know he has some paws.

I reckon Fury is going to go for it from the first bell in a war. I think he knows he can't last 12 rounds at a fast pace and the longer it goes the longer Wilder has to find that big shot. Fury has his 3 million regardless so i reckon he makes it a shoot out. Lose and he gave it a go and has his pay cheque.
Win then he retires having won every belt and unbeaten.

Either way I'm adamant this is his last ever fight

Since when has wilder set a fast pace?

Ortiz and Spilka all were outboxing him at a slow pace.

I' ll also add better fitted gloves are more accurate. I know I've done some damage with mine let's hope Fury does his.

Can anyone see this comeback been for more than this fight? I really can't even if he wins. If he won tonight I don't think he has the motivation to go through more training camps just to defend it. I'd be shocked if he hasn't announced his retirement by next weekend regardless
