This content is protected Question for everyone: would you prefer them on the same night or back-to-back weeks ? I wonder what the PPV price would be if they were on the same night - surely £39.95 at least ? That deal would surely be dependent on Saudi Arabia having the broadcast rights. Definitely can't see this happening. Joshua is exclusive with DAZN worldwide I believe and Fury is exclusive with ESPN in the US I also believe.
Don't care if they're on the same night if it's sure they'll fight. Regarding the PPV price - that's a question, but if it's reasonably high it will still sell good for such event I think.
This content is protected Despite both Hearn and Wilders coach saying it's true, Fury denys it. Fury really doesn't want any part of Usyk.
There’s obviously plenty to this, no smoke without fire and it’s coming from all angles. Whether it actually goes ahead all parties can agree of course is another matter…
Honestly although I want to see the fight I would laugh like **** of they have a massive heavyweight night in Saudi without Fury, he would be seething and not getting the Oil money
Yeah if all three of Usyk, AJ and Wilder are willing and Fury isn't, I say give his spot to Hrgovic or Zhang.
I would give his spot to Big Bad John McDermott who is the only fighter to defeat Fury in the ring and deserves a great payday after being shafted more than once by corrupt judges wrecking his boxing career.
Doubt this happens because of the broadcast logistics. If it were to happen in December would punters really be prepared to pay a record PPV price in the UK? Also would Joshua/Wilder be cool with not being the main event? So many questions and not many answers forthcoming.
I fury doesn’t want it get big pricey of the couch and back in the rotunda, to release a series of right hands from hell to claim all the marbles
If thats true its about time the guys outside that top four sit down and get some kind of tournament of their own set up. Zhang Ruiz Ortiz Whyte Joyce Bakole Hrgovic Anderson/dubois Or whoever else is always forever awaiting the big shot. How long can you wait really. Should be able to get some decent names together that wont price themselves out. Probably just mark off whyte right now who probably will over inflate his value. Might actually give us all a final conclusion to the heavyweight division. Mental that some of them are about 40 with only one or two big fights over their whole careers.
The IBF always offers the most deserving to face off for the prize of a mando shot. The fighters always turn it down though. The IBF has always been the most fair in this regards for me. You don't see the likes of Dubios suddenly given the mando position out of nowhere. Or allow the washed up old fart Don King to have his latest barely 100th ranked fighter hold their regular belt hostage with years of legal bollocks. Or nonsense like the WBC giving any fat Mexican they can find a shot.
