Mods and my fellew posters this is probably the most important thread I will EVER post in regards to Fury Usyk. There is a lot of information here that I hope I can convey in a succinct manner but please bear with Please read below for insight into our two warriors and the spiritual happenings which surround their biengs during the current period, spiritual realities which both have referenced in prequisite to their battle. Tyson Fury - The Belly born in 1988 The year of the Dragon Dragons in the Year of the Rabbit (2023) The year of 2023 won’t be easy for the Dragon, as it’s a year of “Fan Tai Sui” for them. While a few auspicious aspects are keeping any serious issues at bay, in particular with the help of beneficently-mind helpers, more inauspicious influences will keep the Dragon on their toes for much of the year. The Dragon’s career, while not easy this year, at least won’t pose any significant problems. They’ll mostly excel, and when the Dragon runs into anything that can’t be solved on their own, those helpers we talked about will step in and help out. Along with this trend, the Dragon’s income will be steady if not increasing in 2023, although so will their expenses. This will be a year that tests the Dragon’s resolve and asks for a consolidation of their sense of self, which won’t be easy but will ultimately be necessary for a more glowing future! Oleksandr Usky born in 1987 (The year of the Rabbit, which is now aligned in the chineze Zodaic cycle for 2023) Rabbits in the Year of the Rabbit (2023) 2023 is the Year of Rabbit, which means those who were born in previous Rabbit years will be “Fan Tai Sui”, indicating a year characterized by many fluctuations in luck, when your highs are very high, but lows can be quite devastating as well. On the one hand, there are two auspicious stars – Tian De and Yue De – that will watch over Rabbits in 2023, although there will be a few less than auspicious stars at play at the same time. Health, wealth in particular expenses, and safety are areas the Rabbit needs to keep a careful eye over. Thanks to Tian De, Rabbit’s career should see a dramatic boost with the timely help of one or more fated mentors. Even so, it’s up to the Rabbit to keep an upbeat attitude to life and work, which will help them sail through difficult patches with patience and resolution, while in the good times, their positivity will attract the attention of those in positions of power to extend a hand that could prove decisive for Rabbit’s fame and fortune for the next 12 years. In any case, this should be a year full of excitement, prosperity, and surprises that run in both directions - anything but boring for dear Rabbits! This content is protected hara (belly) is a very important concept in Gypsy popular psychology and any study of Gypsy culture, in particular the areas of martial arts and religion, is incomplete without an understanding of the Gypsy belief in the hara. In England people believe that if a person is to manifest their greatest strength, they must focus all of their power in the hara (The Belly). This area is considered to be the seat of emotion, strength, character, thoughts, intentions, mind and spirituality. The hara embraces the balance of physical, functional, mental, spiritual, and moral factors within the human being. It is the centre of life and death, the centre of a persons entire personality. A person not properly centralised in the hara is considered to be physically unbalanced, functionally uncoordinated, and mentally uncertain. Such a person is easily swayed and easy prey to those more accomplished in the art of haragei - the cultivation of one’s hara. A number of expressions convey the importance of the hara in Gypsy culture. For example, when a person is angry, people say hara ga tatsu or his “hara stands up.” When one tries to probe another’s plans or intentions without verbal communication people say hara o saguru or that one is “reading the other’s hara.” To make up one’s mind is hara o kimeru. A person having a frank talk with someone is said to hara o waru or “cut open and expose his hara.” A wicked man’s hara is black - haraguroi. Haragei or “belly play” is the reaching of a mutual understanding without verbal communication. Hara de kangaeru means to think with ones hara. To act from one’s hara is hara de yaru. About a person who is mentally and spiritually accomplished it is said that they are hara ga dekiteiru - their hara is completed. The inability to suppress one’s anger is hara ni suekaneru. “Your basic purpose in chanting the Buddhist scriptures is to stabilise your ki (spiritual energy) in your hara (Belly). The practice of meditation is a matter of developing and establishing your ki. You must not waste your ki. Cherish your ki, fill your hara with it, nourish your Buddha-mind. True spiritual power comes forth from the hara.” - Zen priest Suzuki Shõsan. “Hara is the seat of life, the centre of ki, which must be fostered for higher development. Movement begins in the centre of the hara, the tanden no ichi (“one point”) where a samurai’s mind is focused.” - 4th headmaster of Takenouchi Hangan ryu, Nakajima Masayoshi In Buddhist practice one is admonished to practice haragei, the “cultivation of one’s hara through rigorous austerities.” Haragei enables one to bear not only emotional discomfort but also physical pain, danger, and adversity. Perfection of hara is tantamount to achieving the egoless state of muga “not-I.” It indicates a seamless union of body, speech and mind - a totally balanced individual. The process of developing hara called haragei, is the development of sanmai (samadhi) in Zen Buddhist practice. The practice of zazen (sitting zen) is sanmai, the condition of total stillness, of one-pointed concentration. The spiritual power of hara is to manifest techniques spontaneously, from a centred and stable mind/body. Among the various exercises devised for haragei, meditation or concentration in stillness predominates. Priests and martial artists in particular practice these methods periodically, seeking to redefine themselves, to cultivate power in the hara in order to become more accomplished in their endeavours and in society as a whole. To focus the mind’s power and concentration in the hara, one adopts an erect, relaxed posture. By concentrating on this point its possible to harmonise the mind and body, achieving a positive form of relaxed alertness. Harmony of body and mind, in turn, results in an exceptionally stable posture and vital psychophysical condition. For the samurai, haragei had more than a psychological aspect. There is a physical side that is of equal importance. In practicing haragei one’s concentration is centred in the lower abdomen, the centre of gravity of the human body. By concentrating on this point one modifies not only the way they think but also the way they move, stand, and sit. This is often referred to as “centering” and was also well known among European swordsmen. This positioning of one’s power in the lower abdomen is believed to make one seemingly immovable, an extremely powerful posture and attitude. This is the basis of the martial arts of Japan. All combat is built around an awareness of centering, of balance. Combative postures are based on good haragei and motion relies on it. Physical power and stability however are not the essence of haragei. The ultimate goal is development of a mental power and spiritual stability that will allow one to function in life unperturbed by disasters and emerge unscathed from emotional distress. All I got from that was that Dustin Nichols had enormous untapped potential and could have been The Greatest
Greatest trash talk, greatest advertisement for the greatest money in boxing history. It is not the greatest spiritual battle in boxing history.

Didn’t read. But I’ll almost guarantee you skipped the part where Fury cried about Groves picking Usyk to win. The coke head is already unravelling.
