For anyone interested, my 2 cents on the disappointing turn of events.

Short and sweet. Boxing is probably ****ing worst sport now, we have to wait 25 years for undisputed HW fight and then we still dont get it because of the pathetic dosser, who already put a stinky, brown spot on pro boxing 3 month ago against ancient MMA fighter who had 0 experience in pro boxing.

It's true he dug his own hole.
But fans need to pull it together.
The idea Fury did all this prep to purposely orchestrate a cut in order to somehow get out of the fight wouldn't even be believable in a B-movie script.
If it's somehow proven to be fraud, then it would be an amazing effort and Fury's rep would be destroyed forever.
Let's see if anyone can prove that, as it would be an incredible thing.

Meanwhile, injuries happen all the time. Here are the fighters who have delayed a fight with Fury: Haye (cut), Haye (shoulder), Chisora II (something), Wlad II (muscle, yes people forget he also delayed it) and ... Usyk (recovery from general injuries). I don't believe any of these fighters wanted out of the fight with Fury.

    100%

And let’s not forget he is not getting paid. Would have been one of the biggest if not the biggest payday of his career.

One thing to remember is even though it’s been 25 years since the last undisputed champ a large portion of that time was the Klitschko brothers not unifying which is understandable

Let’s hope this is a delay of weeks not months and the fight goes ahead

Well , it might be fury initially wanted the fight to happen and trained hard but realized he simply cannot put himself in a shape to win this for sure .

Before risking to loose and give the undisputed title to an ukrainian he decided to scuttle the entire fight by intentionally hurting himself or provoking he gets cut in sparring

What prep ? The one with the rumours he was getting smashed by Opetaia ? Or the ones that Johnny Nelson tells us he looked like s*** and was getting turned over by the guys in the gym. Or the one where a complete newbie f*** him badly.
Or when he looked like crap against Ngannou ?

You are a known Fury fan and defend everything he does, so explain us pls, why is the quality of the video from the 80s? Where is the blood on the glove, when Fury swipe his eye, and there was no blood to be seen ? Why they stopped the recording at the exact time, the "supposed" cut happen ?

Was the Klitschko ankle injury also a real one, as there a photo of that one as well ? Was that a legit one as well? Was the wild boar tes***** a legit story as well? Was the faked camp for Usyk last year fight, a real story as well ?

Was the faked COVID for Wilder 3 fight, a real one as well ?

And you are trying to tell us that he wouldn't pull such a move? When your own hero accused Haye of doing exactly that, cutting himself to get out of the fight .....

Maybe people would have believed him, if he was showing any sign that he wanted to fight Usyk, not trying to age him out, for a good 2 years now.

And once again Fury fans are spreading lies, just like their hero.
Wlad had a torn calf before the first fight. The only delay for the rematch comes from Fury, who pulled twice or thrice, before retiring for good 2 years.

As far as Usyk goes, the fight was never even talked about at that point for the date your hero was lying to, aka the December 3rd.
The fight was never ON for December 3rd, so how the f**** you can pull out of a fight that is not even being talked ?
Let alone when Usyk had 12 hard rounds against AJ 3 months prior.
Only a complete biased Fury fangirl will try to persuade anyone that this was a delay from Usyk part.

Curiously though how you miss the last year falling for the fight, aka 3 time, which was a clear Fury ducking the fight 3x time, and now for a 4th time.
You also forget to mention the 24 hours Fury put on AJ for the supposed December 3rd fight .....
AJ ducked him as well, right?

What you say sounds very sensible. But the ting is, a year ago I think you, and most others and me included, would have dismissed the idea thet he would fake being in camp, but that's just what he did.

And the fact that he did go to thelengths of pretending to be preparing hard for a fight he had no intention to take just changes everything. This guy is prepared to do things previously unheard of to fool people, and once you let that sink in all bets are really off regarding to what he's prepared to do.

And it hasn't at all be that he planned to get out from the start. It might just be that found he didn't have any success when he sparred smaller quicker guys like Opetaia and knew that Usyk would do him ten worse.

It's quite likely true that Opetaia was thrown out of camp because he was putting it on Fury, and if that was the case it must really have hit his confidence bad. Opetaia is no clone of Usyk of course, but doing badly against him would still be a very bad omen for what would happen against Usyk.

It's not just Opetaia though. Look what shot he is missing by being as dirty as possible, someone average guy is busting him in the sparring.
On top of that there was rumours his camp is not going well, that started by his own father, and just few days ago by Johnny Nelson, and now it's all click.

And people were laughing at me for the Opetaia rumours. Even though i just posted the info .... And now this idea is not so much out of reality, h ?

Also the noises coming out from the Fury people directly after was just so strange. For super event like this you would expect something like "hopefully the fight only have to postponed 1-2 months but we will awaits doctor's examination before saying anything definite", but instead they immediately went for the most negative prognosis possible, talking about the end of the year when they must be aware that Usyk likely would move on in that time.

I was under the impression that headgear prevented cuts like this,,,and it just so happens they caught the moment he was cut with a crappy phone camera? Everyone who predicted he'd do this looks awfully vindicated right about now. Looks like Fury will eventually be the longest reigning heavyweight champ in history when he finally reties in the year 2031 with a couple more fights.
