I've been to Dubai, and hated pretty much every second of being there outside of a phenomenal lamb dish that I ate in a bus driver's lounge.

Never been to Riyadh, and never ever will. Still curious to hear about your expirience however and how much the fight is talked about around the city. Godspeed!
