I'm being serious, little Ali would be seriously at a disadvantage here that he couldn't make up..Furys length makes it hard for Ali to Jab, Furys size means Ali cant maul pull the head down like he did to smaller men, he hasn't a Wilder level punch to concern him either Ali. How in the **** can he win ??? Because its Ali ??? Nah, use your head not your heart when assessing it...UD all over it for Tyson, but obviously not in America. Thoughts ???
At this point still Ali comfortably. A win over old, mentally wonky Wlad and a win (as far as I'm concerned) over a limited fighter like Wilder do not lead me to believe he could beat MA. Guys like Norton, Foreman, Frazier, Liston and hell, even Patterson, would have wiped the floor with Wilder. Fury has some way to go to catch up. He's got the dimensions and the raw talent. He's brilliantly unpredictable. He's probably got a better gift of the gab than Ali and that's going some. He can really screw with opponent's minds. But there's a magic ingredient missing. Does he have the dedication? My heart says no. Would be cool to be proved wrong.
Cant see that at all, way to much height and Pattersons whiskers aren't renowned for liking power shots at all
just like you did with semi shot ali you mean. theres no point in making a post that destorys itself.
Jeez, hes just lost 10 stone and done 12 and got up after a heavy heavy knockdown, if that aint dedication, show me what is !
Ali weren't shot at 33, he had a good break from boxing to. He had just took the title from George and would go on to fight Frazier next in a hard fight. Shot ??? Nah
Yes - agreed. But that's 1 fight. To build an ATG career takes more than that. I fear that what makes Fury unpredictible and improvisational in the ring is the same thing that will make him lose his road and become a slob again. Maintaining form over long periods is difficult. Maintaining focus is even harder. I have great respect for the guys that can keep chugging along on their path, maybe because I myself find it so difficult. Right now I ought to be doing something else. Yet, here I am on BF24. Fury should see a motivational expert to keep him focused. If he goes badly enough out of shape again there will come a time when all the talent in the world won't save him from a mediocre fighter that has put in the hours at the gym.
spinks, and semi shot. read the words next time, it will save you making that mistake again. Wepner - are you claiming he called the round for wepner? Your argument is based on that happening. Thats bth your arguments destryed. Clearly you need more than a gang of you and BCS to beat me. Go recruit.
