Comes down to if Fury can control the pace of the fight like he usually does. If he can, he can probably box and maul his way to a decision. I'd have to favour Fury but it could depend upon which Fury shows up, a reasonably fit and motivated one will be too much but if we see the Fury that we saw in Wilder 3 then all bets are off.
Joyce is a tough nights work for anyone, he impressed me last night, his footwork to constantly cut the ring off was excellent, he's gonna gas a lot of fighters out coming forward like that.
Fury boxes his head off Loses only the rounds he takes off Joyce puts up the best fight of anyone as the defacto number 2 HW right now. Usyk and AJ are rubbish
Peak/good Fury should win but if he's too far below his best he could easily get beaten. I'm pretty sure Fury is past his best so it's not a straightforward fight. Look at how Usyk outboxed Joyce in the WSB easily. And yes, Usyk is past his best too but would also probably manage to nullify Joyce. Some great matchups they would be though!
2020 Fury pimp slap Joyce, but 2022/23 fury? Fury is past his prime now, maybe he's slow enough for Joyce to catch.
Fury has got very comfortable with his new style with the men he had lined up Joyce entering the picture is a big annoyance but Fury is gifted he can switch it back up quickly which is why he is special.
Fury can be ultra evasive and defensive and a great boxer when he wants to be. So Fury based on that. I think Joyce gives him a few hairy moments, but Joyce will be marked up in this one.
