Fury will be full of excuses. He was already making excuses after losing to Francis.

I think both will handle a loss with dignity. Fury might go off the rails a little bit later and come up with excuses, or he may not.

I couldn't see either of them continuing except with a rematch though, with the exception of Fury taking exhibition fights if he wins.

Both of these guys will be class acts after the fight, it doesn't matter who wins.

It all depends on the manner of the loss regarding next steps however. A blowout victory either way will kill the rematch in my opinion. With the loser retiring. If it is competative, then run it back.

Technically he won, so he would be making excuses of his poor performance.

Maybe I missed same, but I don’t recall hearing any excuses from Fury after the Ngannou fight. Not personally a fan of Tyson but I’ll give him that.

Fury even defied those who claimed that he didn’t take Francis seriously enough and therefore didn’t train properly. Perhaps some excuses came a little after that? - I didn’t hear them at any rate.

The ref, who is the ref? I feel he’s gonna play a big part in the fight, one way or the other.

Fury has always been one KO loss away from driving off a bridge.
Even a bad points loss here might tilt him.
Perhaps he can cope with a close loss.
Of course there's a rematch, so we're assuming he loses both.
If he wins one he is probably ok.

Hopefully we get a fight where there are two winners. That the fight is so good the loser is also a winner.

If Usyk wins he will have beaten an English man in 5 consecutive fights. 6 of his last 7. Doubt any none-Englishman has ever done that before

    Two weeks !!!

i’m not gonna get excited until I see fury in the ring……., but we’re getting close to the biggest heavyweight fight in decades

(Fingers crossed that Fury don’t mentally go off the deep end, or come up with another excuse in the next two weeks)

I think Fury wanted to kill the hype of the fight so when he loses nobody cares anymore
