Let's see what the boxing world thinks... Is AJ good enough, will he handle fury trash talk? Has Fury been out too long? Has the abuse of his weight taken its toll? Will he even make it to a fight?
I think AJ edges this, surely the weight is gonna have taken it's toll on Fury's body now, not to mention the coke. Especially when AJ is constantly in good shape. I reckon Hearn will do everything in his power to make sure this one happens, surely this fight will be the one that earns him the most?
The version of Tyson who beat Wlad in a lopsided UD is not coming back guys. In fact the version that is coming back is 60% at most of that version. I think Tyson would dominate AJ for 3-4 rounds, then get caught and knocked out if they fought in 12-18 months time.
I mean it really depends what shape he's in. If he's how he was for the Wlad fight than he takes the belt from every single belt holder. I don't expect him to be quite like that again realistically, but if he can at least keep moving for 12 rounds I'd probably back him. AJ struggled with Takam's movement at times and Tyson Fury he ain't.
The Tyson that fought Wlad would win on points I think. However, I can't see Tyson being able to do that anymore, so Joshua stoppage.
Anyone picking Fury in this fight must be doing so under the assumption he can return as the same Fury we see 2 years ago, 6 stone lighter and fight ready. When I begin to see any evidence that Fury could return to the old Fury I will consider picking him, until then it's an easy KO for AJ.
Fury will not get back in the ring to face aj unless he is 100% confident. He knows he cant be playing about partying etc. Team fury also know that tyson would need plenty of time to let his body recover from the abuse. Im going on the pretense that fury will only get back in that ring with aj when all the boxes are ticked. Therefore i pick Fury
The Fury that beat Wlad on points for me.....But i'm not sure if Fury will/can ever be in that shape again.I can see Fury cashing out on this fight after a few easy tune up fights, weighing in at around the 20 stone mark.. AJ by stoppage.
The Gypsy King. He's bigger, longer, stronger, faster and technically much better. All Fury has to do is get back to 70% of what he was and he tales this. Fury UD.
AJ too big and too stiff, he wouldn't land much at all on fury... look what wladimir landed on fury...next to **** all! Fury points or late stoppage
Fury for me, once he is back in shape and fully motivated, he is no idiot he knows he has to be. That is the only time this fight takes place, and if it does even at 80% of the version that beat Wlad he beats AJ and possibly stops him late on, AJ won't be able to handle the unorthodox angles and movement, i see Fury slapping him silly all night. The pressers will be dynamite, the real AJ will stand up then, not this phoney marketing pr bs he presents himself as at the present. Fury will enrage him guaranteed!!!
