Fury actually opted to take the fight to him and fight him on the outside and knock him out. He turned it into a street fight and took him to the curb. He could have easily just jabbed and grabbed like klitchko. Fact:We all know how klitchko would fight cunningham. And we all know what would happen if he tried to fight cunningham like Fury did. Wlads time at fighting jabngrab clones of himself are over.
Klitschko would have thrown his jab and won by KTFO because Cunninghams jaw is made of the finest glass.
Fury pinned him with an illegal elbow and still couldn't spark out the CW, while that featherfisted CW floored him....
He fought boxers who couldn't even break an egg with their punches. Cunningham has been dropped like 7 times in the last 2 years
He was sparked out. For the count. Moron. Knocking a guys hand out of the way happens all the time. You just don't see it. And Cunningham was out on his feet from a body shot , uppercut just seconds prior. Thats why he staggered into the corner. Elbow or no elbow , he wasn't seeing the final round.
Cunningham is a cruiserweight. Klitschko beat a far better cruiserweight in Haye. He dominated and outboxed him too, not just bully his way into a victory by merely abusing his 80 lbs size advantage (like Fury did).
Go watch Adamek-Cunningham I first. You'll have a whole new perspective on Fury after watching a 6'1 190 lbs guy take anything Cunningham has to offer without a blink.
Haye is far better than Cunningham overall, but that's my idea, let's just assume they are on par; When Wlad fought Haye, Haye was a prime fighter who was undefeated for the last 6-7 years whereas Cunningham was a 37 year old declining fighter who's lost 3 of his last 4 fights (the win was against a journeyman) coming to the Fury fight. I don't think those wins are remotely comparable.
