I think these two fights could turn out a lot more similar than most people think. Joshua is famous for his crowd pleasing super aggressive style, which I think Fury could use to his advantage and frustrate and outbox Joshua. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Tyson Fury boxes his skull in. Stops him by round 8

Seeing how tired AJ can get in his fights within 6 rounds, he is in for a shock against Fury.

Fury has a questionable chin, so AJ only really has a shot within the first 4 rounds. In saying that, he also needs to get to Fury to take advantage of that.

Anything outside of the first 4, Fury makes AJ look like a child. He will break AJ down and make that HGH gut hurt.
I'm not a big fan of Fury's style, but there is no argument against his ability to adapt during a fight. He's not as stupid as people make him out to be.

Fury outboxes AJ, manhandles and takes him the distance in a fight where AJ looks lackluster.
Fury laughs and calls him a juiced up bum.

Its possible though Joshua can certainly stop Fury with a couple solid shots. I understand your highly critical of Josh but he does have an equalizer. I don't normally throw tons of stock in past fights but Cunnigham did drop Fury though I admit is was a an immediate recovery. I'm not sure Fury has the kind of power that could stop Joshua before he absorbs some heavy leather on the return.

Fury did not take Cunningham seriously at all, and tried to put on a show to entertain the crowd. If Fury was to take Cuningham as seriously as Wladimir it would of been a complete different situation. Could Joshua KO Fury, yes, but Fury would be serious and concentrated and not give him the chance.

Unfortunately Fury does not receive much respect on this forum due to either racism or ignorance about boxing

I see no comparison at all to Joe c v Lacy fight in terms of styles.

 I agree, unless Tyson Fury is not motivated enough.

Yes the styles are different, but just like Clazaghe vs Lacy, I see Fury surprising a lot of faces and giving Joshua a completely one sided boxing lesson.

Normally its no excuse, you should take every pro-level fight seriously....he was tagged and dropped. I'm not necessarily trying to play devils advocate here but Joshua is more than just capable of sparking Fury out within the first half of the fight.

I agree a focused Fury could end up being an interesting paradox for Joshua, he knows Fury is vulnerable and can lose focus but if he gets to desperate he'll fall straight into Fury's trap and before you know it he becomes desperate realizing he's been losing rounds.

You have to understand what you call a serious and concentrated Fury is something completely speculative when comparing it to Joshua's KO power which remains pretty much constant and real.

Perception is everything bro, some people operate in an alternate universe. Fury is 50/50 around these parts.....

I'm not overly critical of Joshua. He is no doubt a good HW but what gets me is this hype around him. Who has he beat? I understand he won Olympic Gold.. but he really shouldn't have even been in the finals.

Tyson has a way better resume and also can pop better than a lot of people think. Nothing against Joshua.. I'm just NOT sold on him and I have my suspicions that his little weasel promoter is buying his way around PED testing also.
