Fury vs Lewis - Who’s better in these categories

Lewis is clearly better in at least 10 of the 13 categories mentioned ,

 

No need to do a list lennox is by far the greater fighter

 

Punching Power - Lewis

Uppercut - Lewis

Straight Right - Lewis

Jab - Lewis

Speed - Fury

Footwork - Fury

Head Movement - Fury

Chin - Fury

Stamina - Difficult one but I'm giving it to Fury

Heart - Fury

Endurance - Fury

Mentality - Lewis

Fight IQ - Lewis

 

I respect you Miniq. I think that it's possible that you might have a slight bias towards Tyson Fury. I'm not sure I can put my finger on it .......but I disagree regarding being a top 5 ATG as that is based on competition and longevity. As such Tyson would really need to beat Usyk.Joshua and have at least a couple of more big wins. Otherwise he's like a Vitali who's a monster H2H but with a weak resume.

 

I don't like Lewis one bit and don't him rate as much as most people do here and i like Fury but this is funny. Lewis fought most of the opposition of his time, he missed maybe two ir three guys which is acceptable. Fury only fought one great old Wlad, apart from that Fury's best wins are a paper champion and Chisora who has the boxing IQ of a primate. By judging how his career is handled and his age, Fury won't come near a mile of Lewis. He doesn't have the time, he doesn't have the mentality. As for the options, Lewis is better than Fury in most of the categories.

Wilder would fight Lewis 3 times and I don't think he would last 9 minutes in total

I'm a fury fan, he has some ability and a lot of heart. But the era is full of **** literally

 

In fairness, he IS great, and is a better chin away from possibly being the greatest.

 

Lewis does just about everything better.

Fury has the switch hitting, and he's taller.

You could make a chin/recovery argument for Fury, but Lewis fought a murderer's row of punchers and was dropped twice. Fury dropped more, but has shown he is able to recover after being dropped.

 

Surely fury uppercut is better his is so good he landed it on himself haha

Serious note tho Lewis hammers fury all day

 

Lewis is a class above obese Fury.
