So the undercard has been made and what i find is a lot of so so match up's (alot of Maloneys boxers vs bums) My main thing that bothers me is that Maloney has too many heavyweights that are not quite there and i feel he needs to do what Hennessy has done and that is to have one heavyweight to concentrate on. On this undercard you have Tom Dallas and Larry Olubamiwo (and Mcdermott himself) as the Maloney Heavyweights. Mcdermott is established but you have Tom Dallas 6(4)0 0 and Larry Olubamiwo 4(4)1 0. Now what i think is Tom Dallas is the better fighter but Larry Olubamiwo is more commercial (due to his freak build) btu that defeat to Peret hurt, so what i would have done is have Tom Dallas vs Larry Olubamiwo and whoever won, concentrate his efforts on building that one up. What do you think? and also any comments on the other undercard bouts?
Is that Peret that Big fat hoofer that Fury battered? How the hell did he lose to him? is he that ****?
All three are pants if you ask me... He should have a clear out & start again!!! I don't think there's any problem with having more than one heavy but if all of them are sh*t u have problems!!!
Nothing caught my eye. It's disgusting to be honest. I'd prefer 5 decent fights rather than 9 **** fights. These ****ing promoters have the money and they have the fighters. Warren, Hennessey etc There is absoutely no reason why each card doesn't have at least 3 quality 10 to 12 rounders. The rest should be good prospects etc being tested. I'm sick of **** undercards. Hennessey undercard for Froch v Dirrell is embarassing.
Probably a wild shot but does anyone know what happened to the black guy that fought at the crowtree that time and got beaten by that bald hairy shrek dude? Was always wondering where his career would go from then on. edit: oh wait, that's Larry. Carry on.
