Fury has big wins over old Wlad and the Windmiller. Then there's a massive drop off. Chisora, Whyte and that cruiserweight guy he beat. Then the level below that falls off a cliff completely. There's about 10 wins over Martin Rogan level guys. Old Pulev and Takam would dramatically improve Fury's cv. Certainly more than this MMA guy who is below Martin Rogan's level.
