I do not believe the fight will ever happen. Fury will keep fighting soft touches and attraction fights (Thor next) and Usyk will have his mando against Hrgovic, and then maybe either Wilder or the winner of Joyce/Zhang, then hang them up.

How long have we heard talk of Joshua-Wilder? On and off for year after year after year.

How much chance do you think there is that Hearn will allow Hrgovic to step aside?

It would be good if this fight happened because Hrgovic is not ready for such a big step. Hrgovic should convincingly defeat a fighter from the Top 15 to be able to claim his chance for the title.

We’ve been here before. Fury ducked Usyk twice in just twelve months between early last year and early this year. I don’t believe for a second that the fat coward will ever man up enough to face Usyk until I see him touch gloves with him before the first round.

Hrgovic needs to know his place. Nobody wants to watch him vs. Usyk. I would rather watch Zhang vs. Usyk…Let him fight Ruiz and beat him…

All this talk about fury ducking uysk is just rubbish.

Furys side agreed a contract, produced the contract (at a cost) and sent that contract signed by fury to uysks team who then decided they didn't want to sign it and wanted to change things in the pre agreed contract.

Now then add to that not once have uysks side made an offer to furys for a fight......not once.

But yeah fury is the ducker......

I'll only believe it when Fury signs a contract.

Fury should be salivating now as Usyk is in decline.

    If not now, when?

More decline, preferably never. Wbc needs to strip him or push him to fight but since they are corrupt we wont see that.
Unless Fury magically grows some balls we got a bigger chance of him facing Jones Jones or the burito mascotte Wilder fought than him manning up and facing Usyk.

He is a ducker. He was never keen on fighting Usyk and has Cunnigham ptsd whenever Usyk is mentioned. He is insecure and scared to be schooled by a superior fighter. Whenever Fury wants to the fight is quickly made. Whenever he doesnt want it there are countless obstacles and whining about more money. From the guy who "could live in a councilflat" and be happy.
For over a year now Fury exposed himself as a conartist and a scared man. Why would we believe the boy who cried wolf countless times is suddenly manning up?

What happens early next year is Usyk-Hrgovic. The sanctioning bodies already made a compromise for unification which failed. So after holding 4 belts and defending them once per year is over, nor will Eddie miss the chance to make one of his fighters step aside for a title shot. Plus, Hrgovic deserved it. It's another talk if he has anything to endanger Usyk, but that's what the heavyweight situation is. So Usyk-Fury is somewhere in late 2024, not earlier, if ever.

Fury signed a contract......uysks side decided they didn't want to then sign it. That's the facts sadly.

I sound like a broken record and pro fury but I'm not.

The facts are though fury signed a contract that was agreed by uysks side, they then decided they weren't going to sign it and instead wanted xyz inserting including a rematch clause. Talks fell apart.

Since then uysks side have never made an offer to furys side at all.

You can't say fury was the ducker here. Now if we want to talk about aj that's a different matter.
