We already know there is an issue with Saudi money in Wilder/Joshua.

Anyone assuming the Saudis will save the day probably is going to be disappointed

The Saudi's are disgusted by AJ's arrogance and Eddie Hearn's greed. They wanted a show and what they got for their money was a dumb bodybuilder getting slapped about by a midget. They have invested in a real entertainer and worthy champion. They saw Fury Wilder 3 and said, that's what we want, no bodybuilders or midgets...but Fury at heart wants an easy picking in Usyk before entertaining the idea of another Wilder fight.

It's a win win for Fury. I'm sure the demand and delay has made the fight more profitable and Usyk was forced to go through another training camp and fight. That's more wear and tear on Usyk, he's no spring chicken.

Any criticism of Fury not facing Usyk goes away and fight makes a ton of money.

Usyk battering Fury into retirement will also have the nice added bonus that the likes of miniq will also vanish into thin air, never to be heard from again.

And the unselfish class act that Fury is… I’m certain the Saudi’s are absolutely love him during these negotiations.

The Undisputed fight happens when the Saudis say it happens, countless threads from both Fury and Usyk fans about what colour socks there wearing, what time they brushed there teeth, who wants it,who is scared, who is frightened to lose there 0,blah blah blah. When the Saudis name there date for the event then it happens !

Also, Joshua fought in Saudi before and never demanded such an amount that was later deemed to be more than what the local organisers intended the whole purse to be.

It’s hilarious how Fury fans keep falsely accusing other fighters with the very things Fury are doing. Usyk is ducking him, Joshua is greedy... lol. These poor Furyettes must think that reverse psychology works like in Bugs Bunny :D

Let me guess, Fury had 10 G&Ts and texted something that he will deny tomorrow ....

Excuses are par for the course. Had Fury beat Wlad a year prior on the night that Wlad produced a career best performance against Pulev then the age excuse would have still been used, with the further excuses that five out of six of Wlad's defences in the 3+ years post-Haye had been sub-par (Mormeck, Thompson 2, Wach, Pianeta, Leapai), with all of Wlad's fights being in Europe and the only good defence (Povetkin) marred by a NC/DQ worthy performance. So in a significant way the win appreciated with Wlad adding Pulev and Jennings before Fury beat him.

Had Fury beaten Usyk several months ago and Usyk retired or retired after the rematch as is quite likely, the excuses would have been that Usyk had only beaten Chisora and Joshua x2 at heavyweight and that he was old. The age excuse will always be there but Usyk will have a more extensive heavyweight record when Fury fights him, if the fight happens.
