Just goes to prove all this 'I'm a fighting man', and 'It's not about the money', from Fury, is pure nonsense. He came close to losing to Wilder and now wants to cash in, rather than take on a decent challenge. He'd rather knock Chisora around the ring for a fat cheque. He's a pure embarrassment to boxing.
Could anybody on Earth really have taken Fury seriously, in that he was going to fight 3-4 times this year? There was never any chance he got into the ring until June, at the soonest.
Atleast Floyd was always honest in being money hungry. Fury acts like he is a fighting man that could live in a council flat and be happy handing out money to the homeless. Its dishonest as hell. And hr is scared of Usyk to boot.
Usyk didn't do that against Joshua in Britain (lost at least three rounds in the first fight by fan consensus, didn't score a single KD) but still won 8-4 on the cards. And Joshua has been considerably more popular with the powers that be than Fury: the British judge gave Fury a draw in the first Wilder fight and Whyte was given two rounds by one of the British judges, in a fight that nearly everyone had 50-45. Pro-Ukraine/anti-Russia (not to mention political correctness generally) is a cause célèbre in little Britain, so it's entirely possible that Usyk will have scorecard bias in his favour against Fury.
If Usyk wins why the hell would Fury think he deserves 50/50 for a rematch? If he loses he should get the same deal he gave Usyk, 70/30 or nothing. The "Middleweight" has Fury shook like I've never seen before.
