No matter what Fury does he is trash or there is something wrong or he looks terrible. If he does win it will be because he cheated or something was wrong with Usyk.

It’s def. not an exact science basing predictions on pre fight physical appearance, body language and behaviours.

Best to check our history and see how often predicted outcomes (based on the above) actually figured in the ring.

Not that I’m above such speculations, I’m not at all - it’s great, it’s what we do, it generates discussion and it whets our appetites heading into the actual fight.

Tyson has obviously notably trimmed and I’d say his condition and weight, whatever it is now, is much better in his mind than it was going to be if the original fight in March had come off - the postponement of which I still hold a fair degree of cynicism toward, and especially now given how much trimmer Fury is.

However, with the benefit of hindsight, as they said about Ali after the Holmes’ fight - light was not right - and it may not necessarily be right for Fury in this particular engagement.

Cheers for that - but those commentators - I’ve now got a ****ing headache from their loud, non stop gabbing. Know wot I mean? :D

A single Latin word shouldn't bother you this much. Hyperhidrosis is a very common condition. You can and probably have experienced it too when under serious pressure for a prolonged period. It's not a rare illness affecting 0.01% of the population, but something your body just does under certain circumstances. What exercise are you talking about anyway? Fury was already sweating after just walking up to the ring. Public media workouts aren't even about exercising; they're just part of the buildup. What they did in the ring last night wouldn't even have been enough as warmup for a proper workout. So do you think it's normal for a professional athlete supposedly in the best shape of his life to walk a hundred yards late in the evening, climb into a ring, walk around in there twice, and look like he just had a shower, hot climate or not? Because I surely don't.

So it wasn't a serious exercise to make Fury all sweaty after all?

20 stone man exercises in the heat and sweats and he's suddenly Google diagnosed with having some medical condition nobody has ever heard of?

You called walking to the ring at night and bouncing around there for a few seconds exercise to explain why a professional athlete in the 'best shape of me life' would sweat profusely from head to toe. Don't try to turn this around.

In a minute. I'm just going to do some heavy exercise before. That means I'll walk my dog around the block, 'Coach'.

Congratulations on reaching 100 posts here but that doesn't qualify you as a doctor.

I was pretty fit when I fought amateurs, still sweat like I was in the desert when doing light pad work in the locker room. It's just part of the game, probably magnified in the Saudis heat. I wouldn't read too much into it.

the excessive sweating was a bit much. he did put some effort into the pad work, though. speed looks good. his wobbly body looks like his weight loss is more from diet than exercise. looking a bit soft in the muscle.

Fury looked better than I thought he would. I hope he's in a great shape. He needs to be to beat Usyk.
