Stop spreading that stupid stuff like "Fury ducking Usyk". You guys have no clue. Fury will fight Usyk when the dust has settled. Fury just won't waste his time fighting bums like Whyte anymore. He'll come out of retirement and will give us the greatest HW fight in history. Be prepared!
All the better: lower-risk and higher-reward fight for Fury and the build-up will be more entertaining too
Plus Fury's still got the choice should he choose to fight Usyk( as long as Usyk wants it after a possible loss) for another huge fight and payday after fighting AJ.
1. I do not believe that Fury is "ducking" Usyk. 2. But the fight will probably not happen in 2023. 3. Because Fury does not think that he can get the money from Usyk that he can get from Joshua. 4. No need to argue...he has said it...it is his belief whether right or not, or whether or not you agree. 5. Fury fears no man per se 6. If they bring the kinds of dollar signs he wants in the wheel-barrow, he will fight Usyk That is all.
Not a fight I'm overly bothered about if it happens or not. Reckon the styles won't mesh that well and produce much in the way of fireworks.
Is that you Mum? I thought you had passed on to a Greater Reward. Also the avatar-were you aggrieved by a one night stand, or does Putin really need that magnifying glass to find his own manhood?
I don't know why you have to defend Fury, because he himself is the one claiming he isn't fighting Usyk or anyone else. And with reasoning that obviously stirrs some s***. It's not like some angry fanboys came up with it, it's his "official" statement, as far as you can believe anything Fury claims.
All that makes sense, but that’s the very definition of a duck in boxing, passing on a big legacy fight because the money doesn’t justify the risk. Boxers never avoid fights because they’re scared of getting beaten up, they avoid fights because the reward doesn’t outweigh the risk. If Usyk beats Joshua again and if Fury goes away without facing him, passing on the opportunity to become the first undisputed HW champion in the 4 belts era because money isn’t big enough, that’s as blatant of a duck as it comes.
Should be happening sooner than it probably will happen. Fury should not spend too much time inactive, it's not good for him. He's looked slow the last two fights. I see no reason this can't happen Dec 2022.
The moment Fury drops the WBC belt I will actually start taking stock in his retirement claims. Beyond that, it is just yappin and gum flappin.
I don't think that is the definition. Especially when you are retiring. I think the definition is is not fighting a fight you might lose and looking for easier ground.
