Both of you have made statements that are downright silly*. You should both just stop. :yep (*Vitali top-10 ATG??? Fury UD VK???? :blood)
Vitali is NOT Wlad. Matter of fact his mentality is just the opposite. He's not scared to jump in there and get hit and Fury is not a big enough puncher to ko him. If Lennox couldn't ko him with those huge shots, Fury sure can't. But, this whole thread is probably moot because Vitali is too old at this point anyway.
Back on track. Let's leave andrewa to the side. He has made his point. Vitali is top 10 and therefore furys record will not be better should he do the double. Will furys resume match vitalis or better it with a double win over wlad? I'm not talking not being knocked down, mythical h2h etc.
Sure plenty of people say he isn't in top 10, some not in top 20. The point is its clearly not a "crazy" assertion. Respected ****ysts frequently put him up there, its just these forum boards that diss him. His stats speak for themselves, best or #2 in ko's, rounds won, not kd'd. Top 10 in title defense span, opposition quality during the span.
I think you should note several things for fighters when comparing resumes Fury beat undefeated Chisora Vitali stopped a fighter who blasted out Wlad in 2 rounds which you note as an elite win for Fury. Vitali beat H Hide when WBO HW champ in 2 rounds Arreola when undefeated Charr when undefeated solis when undefeated Kingpin when undefeated I would say overall Vitalis is still greater but think Fury has time to catch up
:good Vitali by the sheer length of time he was around picked up a greater quantity of solid W's than Fury yet has, but if Fury beats Wlad in the rematch he will have 2 W's trumping any 2 of Vitali's by far. Hard call splitting their resumes if Fury vs. Klitschko II happens and Fury retains.
