Somehow they have managed to kill the buzz for Fury v Wilder 2.

That fight should have been ready to go before the end of 2019.

His reported purse for this fight was $1M, and $250k for Wallin.
He probably also gets PPV upside, but seriously, how many PPV's will this have sold?!

Barely any, they really pushed it with these two fights. People aren't stupid - they aren't going to stay up until 5am to watch Fury vs someone most people haven't heard of.

Should've got the Wilder fight done earlier this year whilst they had momentum.

Wilder-Fury 2 is now a bigger fight than it would have been in May.

Their rematch will be for the ring magazine title. Their the last two standing with undefeated records.

Joshua's now a laughing stock in the States.

Is it that much bigger? Exactly where is the growth in Fury's popularity since the Wilder fight?

Wilder fought Breazeale and drew a low crowd after the fury fight.

Bigger maybe but much bigger? I'm not seeing that.

Like it or not AJ drew more fans to his one fight in the US than Wilder or Fury ever have.

AJ v Ruiz 2 has now become the biggest fight in the division.

Fury v Wilder 2 had its moment but they have missed it. What are they waiting for?

Joshua-Ruiz 2 is such a big fight that it will be on in the afternoon in the biggest economy in the world.

US GDP = 19.39 Trillion (USD)

Saudi GDP = 683.8 billion (USD)
UK GDP = 2.622 trillion (USD)
Africa GDP = 2.19 trillion (USD)

Joshua-Ruiz 2 might be bigger in Saudi (obviously), the UK (timezone) and the continent of Africa (Joshua's Nigerian lineage), but Wilder-Fury 2 will be much bigger where it matters, which is the States.

ESPN and Fox will also be pushing the fight. I suspect Fox will be promoting the fight during their coverage of the Super Bowl.

There is really no comparison. Stop listening to Edward Hearn.

Well that argument sure does work if America didn't want the fight. The reality however is the money being paid to stage Joshua v Ruiz outstrips Wilder v Fury 2.

Bringing up the size of a countries economy is a very bizarre considering Tyson Fury just fought in the USA and even though it has the largest economy in the world sold 3k tickets. They gave more tickets away than they sold so really that point is null and void.

Yes espn and fox will be pushing it and like I said it is bigger than the first fight but I I don't think the revenue generated will be too much different from the first fight.

It must’ve completely **** the bed on BT Box Office with old fish eyes claiming he doesn’t know the buy rate yet as if it’s the 80s and you have to wait a few weeks for the numbers to come in.

You only have to look at Queensberry Promotions Limited accounts and balance sheet on companies house to see why Warren does not like to talk about numbers.

There is a real possibility that his company is technically trading whilst insolvent.
